Wuhan East Lake Hi-tech Group Co., Ltd paid RMB 143.2216 million for 100% equity of Yima Environmental Protection Electric Power Co., Ltd. Wuhan East Lake Hi-tech Group Co., Ltd planned to treat toxic waste of chemical enterprises for comprehensive utilization in cement plants.
