First Solar Problems in Ordos

Everyone interested in US-China solar business ties needs to read this Washington Post article about First Solar's problems with their Ordos, Inner Mongolia CSP project:

It's dangerous to draw conclusions for all of China based on this Inner Mongolia solar plant. I'm going to post a comparison between this project and eSolar's Yulin, Shaanxi project early next week. I'm going to use that as a basis to have a more in-depth look at provinces that are good for setting up a CSP project and those that aren't.
